Channels Director

CM Industrial have partnered with a pioneering start-up with a vision to have a positive impact on people’s lives. They want to preserve the world’s most precious resource – water – and have designed a wastewater intelligence platform that aims to help water utilities and wastewater treatment plants gain greater control and have more visibility over their daily operations. They are currently searching for a Channels Director to be based remotely in the United States.

What’s the role?

Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute the channel strategy in the US market, with a focus on working with engineering firms and partners. You will report to the US General Manager and will be a senior member of the team. Other responsibilities include:

• Identifying and onboarding new partners to expand the company’s reach in the wastewater management sector.
• Collaborating with the sales team to support partner enablement, driving partner-led opportunities and coordinating partner marketing activities.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources to effectively sell and support our product.
• Working closely with the product team to understand the needs of partners and customers and incorporate their feedback into the product roadmap.

What do we need from you?

If you have:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the water utilities sector.
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful channel strategies for software products in the US market.
• A strong network and existing relationships with engineering firms and partners in the wastewater management sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, MBA preferred.
