Chief Financial Officer

CM medical have exclusively partnered with a French-US Orthopaedic manufacturer in their search for a highly skilled and experienced CFO. As the CFO, you will be responsible for both the French and US entities, coordinating with both local regulations and advisors. As a true business partner to the CEO your expertise will be crucial in driving the financial and commercial growth of the company. You will have an integral role in budget and business operations with consistent contact with shareholders and partners.

We are looking for a financial technician who understands how finance can truly help drive the success of a rapidly growing business. You will need to be an adaptable to the business needs with a hands on attitude for facilitating change. Desired Traits and Experience

-10+ years in CFO or similar position in the medical device sector.

-Startup experience in desirable but not essential. You will need to maintain an entrepreneurial spirit.

-M&A experience is desirable.

-Solution orientated, open minded and a strong character.

-Excellent managerial and organizational skills. Hands on leader!

-Experience in the french market is desirable.

This is an onsite position in Texas with occasional travel to France.
