**Research Associate I/II – Cell Therapy**

Charlton Morris is partnered with a fast-growing 150m+ funded clinical stage biotech, aiming to lead cell therapy with their revolutionary patented platform. They strive to overcome major obstacles in cancer therapy through developing both NK and gamma delta T cell therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform primary T cell expansion to generate ACC-based cell products for research and donor screening

• Execute QC tests including cytotoxicity assays for pipeline development.

• Conduct flow cytometry-based assay to analyse surface markers of T cells.

• Execute qPCR-based analyses to support translational study of clinical trials

• Support routine lab maintenance

• Cytotoxicity analysis and multi-colour fluorescence flow cytometry laboratory experience.

• Experience in primary T cell expansion/isolation is a plus

What do we need from you?

• B.S. or M.S. in life science field.

• 2+ year of experience in mammalian cell culture

• 2+ years of experience in cancer therapy research (cell therapy-related experience also good).

• Hands-on experience with flow cytometry
