Regional Sales Manager

CM Medical has partnered with a spine manufacturer that is ahead of the curve in all aspects. Their combination of implants and enabling technologies offer unique value to hospital systems, outpatient centers, and patients. The company are expanding their commercial presence across the US, creating leadership opportunities across the US.

We are exclusively searching for multiple Regional Sales Manager that will lead multi-state geographies across the US, bringing a disruptive portfolio of personalized implants & enabling technology to market. You will be given the freedom to shape the sales strategy for the region while building a hybrid team of direct reps & distributors.

The successful applicant should possess a combination of:

• A hunter mentality with the desire to lead a multi-state region while staying customer facing.
• Proven track record selling spinal hardware, with clear performance progression.
• Experience growing multi-million dollar territories.
• Distributor management experience is desirable but not essential.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Critical for the growth-orientated company culture
• Clinical experience with Enabling Technologies is vital.
• Senior Sales Representatives that are ready to make the step into management will be considered.

Spine experience is essential for this role. We are seeking professionals that have shown longevity in their previous positions that are now looking for their next challenge.

Uncapped OTE of $300,000+ with a competitive salary, initial retention bonuses and great benefits.
