As they continue to expand we’re now looking for a Global Head of Medical Affairs to lead from the front. You’d be responsible for leading the medical affairs department including leading a global team spread across the US, Europe and Asia.
You won’t need much to apply but there are a few essentials, check them out below:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience, preferably in a CRO. Those with Pharma/Biotech experience can also be considered.
- An MD degree is preferred but not essential.
- Experience of managing a medical affairs department and understanding of the requirements of both early phase and late phase clinical trials.
- A strong understanding of the clinical trial process from early development through market access.
- Strong communication and ‘soft skills’.
- Extensive client facing experience with an ability to adapt quickly.
- Therapeutic expertise in Neurology, Immunology, Cell & Gene Therapy or Respiratory strongly preferred.
- A strong network of physicians and KOLs in the outlined therapeutic areas.
